PART 2: In the second session on the “Sermon on the Mount”, Iain Lewis deals with the subject of God’s Reign and the Prospect of the Kingdom. At the outset of his message, Iain deals with the question many Christians have; what do I do with the Doctrine of the Kingdom? In an incredibly helpful and detailed message, Iain puts forward the argument that the doctrine of the Kingdom should be something that we should understand our position in, ensure we prioritise it and have a passion for. He sets forward the Kingdom in a three-fold manner – explaining it’s Definition, Demographics and Delights. In the course of his message, Iain expertly lays a biblical case for the Kingdom’s Relevance, referring to numerous passages in the New Testament, but also setting forth a clear explanation of why God’s Kingdom will be future, earthly and literal.
