What We Deserve vs What God Gives (27 mins)

Gordon McCracken preaches the gospel from Rom ch 6 vs 23. The wages of sin – refers to the sinner, the gift of God – refers to God’s salvation, eternal life – refers to the Saviour who is living, loving and long-suffering. So do you know the Lord Jesus Christ as your own?

A Global Catastrophe (35 mins)

Peter Scarsbrook preaches a very simple and challenging gospel on one of this world’s greatest crisis – the flood. Based on Genesis ch 6 and 7, he urges the sinner to face up to the reality of coming judgment.

Christians and their Circumstances: Comfort (49 mins)

Arran Kennedy continues the series on Christians and their circumstances. He develops on the neglected theme of comfort and ease that we enjoy here in the West. Notably, he proves how the observation of Headship in a local church was not a passing cultural trend, but rather a practise that has it’s doctrinal roots in creation. Iain further demonstrates that Headship is a corporate, commanded, and Christ-centred issue.

A New Example (48 mins)

In this challenging opening sermon of the series, Iain Lewis presents Jesus Christ as Lord and explains how this is a theme that runs throughout 1 Corinthians. The sermon is marked by the phrase “God first, others second, and me – not at all” which is a sobering reminder that we are not at liberty to live life how we please, indulging in the flesh and adopting a selfish mindset as the Corinthians did. Instead, we are to live humbly,…

Christians and their Circumstances: Crisis (45 mins)

Huw Rees launches a series on the Christian and his circumstances with a particular emphasis on storms and crises. Huw based his remarks from the 2 storms in Matthew 8 and 14. He details how and why storms occur in the life of a Christian.
